PRICING
I aim to make my chair an affirming and inclusive space for all people. Therefore, I proudly offer service pricing that is not based on gender or age.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged a re-booking fee of 50% of the canceled service. Any "no-show" appointments will be charged a re-booking fee of 100% of the missed appointment.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Meg Jones Hair will accept all retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from the initial purchase.
PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT
Chemical services must be maintained with professional products at home & your choice of deep conditioning treatment in the salon in order to guarantee longevity and integrity of the services performed.
REDOS
All redo requests must be made within 72 hours of your visit and will be done within 10 days of the request with no additional charge.
KIDDOS & PLUS ONES
Due to safety and insurance purposes, children and additional guests are not to accompany you while you are receiving salon services. I cannot guarantee their safety in the salon. I strongly encourage my guests to use this time of pampering to relax and focus on self care. You may schedule a separate appointment for your child. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
