What to expect at your appointment

THE DETAILS
PARKING:
When you roll up to MySalon Suites you will find ample parking, including some handicap spaces, right in front of the main double doors. Even at the busiest of times, there will always be a spot.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The building is ADA compliant including a ramp at the front of the building. If you need any assistance pushing/pulling the doors please let me know.
ENTERING:
You will enter through the double doors on the front of the building.
Once you enter the lobby you will use the ButterflyMX digital screen to let me know you have arrived: Directory > Meg Jones Hair > Call.
Once I have buzzed you in, you can find your way to my suite: Left > Back > 2nd door on the right in Suite 311.

RESTROOMS:

There are 3 individual 'everybody' bathrooms. From my suite: Left > All the way back > Left > Past breaker boxes > On the right.

YOUR APPOINTMENT:

The space is a private room where you can show up as you are every single time. Come in, relax, and take a moment to get situated.
​
We will spend some time having an in-depth consultation about your hair history, hair goals, realistic maintenance schedule, and what products would be perfect for you.
I want to determine exactly what you like and dislike. Do you have your own photos or images that you've saved from Pinterest? Or (my personal favorite) inspiration photos of my work? Excellent, go ahead and bring those with you.
​​Together we will make a short-term and long-term plan that's tailored to your desired maintenance schedule, lifestyle, and budget. All before we even start any services.
​After our consultation I will get to work on the formulation; this is where science meets art. While I have my thinking cap on, I invite you to check out the plants and books, or just take a few moments to lower your shoulders and take a good deep breath.
While you are processing, we will schedule your next appointment so you're all set to best maintain your new color and style.
​While I am finishing out the style, I will walk you through what I am doing and why I am doing it. I will share tips and tricks, and discuss ways to recreate your new look at home. We will also cover product knowledge throughout the entirety of our time together.
​
I want you to not only love your hair at the end of your first appointment, but I want you to love it every time after, too. I keep detailed notes in your profile so I know exactly how I formulated your last color...down to the gram. My goal with this is to give us both confidence in our creative partnership.
